Privacy Policy
RivusMind, operated by AEC Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us", "our")
Effective date: 12 July 2026. Last updated: 12 July 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how RivusMind ("the Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects information. RivusMind is a private, internal business-analytics application used by AEC Enterprises, LLC and its authorized personnel to consolidate and analyze data from the business platforms we operate. The Service is not offered to, marketed to, or made available to the general public.
Scope
This policy applies to information processed by the Service. Because RivusMind is an internal tool, its users are our own authorized team members. The data it processes is primarily our own business and operational data retrieved from third-party platforms with which we hold accounts.
Information we process
Business and operational data retrieved from platforms we operate accounts on (advertising, sales, order, inventory, and financial reporting data from services such as Amazon, Shopify, Meta, and Google); authentication data (OAuth tokens, API keys, and credentials that authorize the Service to access those platforms on our behalf); account and access data for our authorized users; and technical usage and log data used for operation, security, and debugging. The Service does not collect information from members of the public and is not directed to children.
Google user data and Google API Services
RivusMind accesses data from Google services, including the Google Ads API, using OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by our own authorized account holder. What we access: Google Ads account, campaign, and performance reporting data for advertising accounts we own or manage. How we use it: solely to generate internal analytics, reporting, and profitability calculations for our own business. How we store it: in our own private data warehouse on infrastructure we control, protected by access controls. How we share it: we do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, except with infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf or where required by law.
Limited Use disclosure: RivusMind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not transfer or sell it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
How we use information
To operate the Service and consolidate business data into analytics and reports; to authenticate and authorize access to connected platforms; to secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers or subprocessors that host or support the infrastructure on which the Service runs (bound to protect the data); with legal and safety recipients where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety; and with successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for our internal analytics and record-keeping purposes, and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, credential isolation, and restricting access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Because RivusMind is an internal application, requests regarding data (including access, correction, or deletion) should be directed to the contact below and will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Authorized account holders may revoke the Service's access to a connected platform at any time through that platform's own security settings (for Google, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, Meta, and Google). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
